My doctor did give very opinionated advice around seed oils and eating chicken that I think may have some correlated studies. I was not a fan of how this information was presented to me. I told him I eat clean and he said "chicken is terrible" because of one study out of Italy. He also said stay away from seed oils because of omega 3 vs 6 ratios, but I don't know if studies are so definitive to be saying seed oils are objectively terrible. I don't regularly consume seed oils anyways, so it was a bit of a pointed argument. I did however appreciate the amount of time he spent with me and talking about holistic health in particular for myself. He didn't seem rushed.
